Agility sticks prompt athletes to make deliberate cuts while still being in position to make a play. Sticks require athletes to keep in athletic position and prevent cheating while in testing situations. The stick base can be filled with sand for additional stability. Each set has 6 sticks and 6 bases composed of high impact PVC.The agility stick can be used both indoors & out doors.
