If for any reason you are not happy with your product order, simply send it back in a new, unused condition within 10 days of purchase and we will refund your payment. Videos/DVDs,CDs will need to be unopened. Most equipment comes with a minimum one year warranty against factory defects, and some items have a longer warranty.For fitness trainings,classes & soccer camp purchases & clothing all sales are final. In the event of conflict of schedule, family emergency, etc. you may have a credit towards service at another available date, location or you may transfer your training sessions or camp to another eligible party.
